Aiswarya Aravindakshan, a graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, India, embarked on her professional journey as a software engineer in the IT industry. With a rich experience spanning over twelve years, she has honed a versatile skillset encompassing software development, testing and automation, project and team management, and process improvement.

During her remarkable tenure at prestigious multinational corporations such as Tata Consultancy Services and Deloitte, Aiswarya ascended to higher positions, including Senior Consultant and Team Lead. In these roles, she collaborated directly with esteemed clients in Retail, FMCG, Marketing research and Manufacturing, where she crafted innovative automation solutions across diverse applications.

Her expertise extends to profound knowledge of ERP software, with a particular emphasis on SAP, adding an extra layer of depth to her capabilities. Currently, Aiswarya holds the position of Project Associate at the Amrita Center for Wireless Networks & Applications at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham in Kollam, India. In this role, she serves as a full-stack developer, contributing significantly to the creation and maintenance of various software systems, including web and mobile applications. She applies her technical knowledge to help in developing solutions that positively impact and uplift communities through technology-driven initiatives.
